Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Overseas Education Counsellor with 2–3 years of experience in MBBS Abroad counselling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling skills, in-depth knowledge of major MBBS destinations, and the ability to guide students and parents with confidence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad opportunities based on their academic profile, NEET score, budget, and career aspirations.
• Recommend suitable countries and universities after understanding each student's requirements.
• Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, NMC regulations, university recognition, visa processes, fee structures, scholarships, and living expenses.
• Conduct in-person, telephonic, and virtual counselling sessions.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
• Convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining a consultative and ethical approach.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
• Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams for application processing.
• Assist students with documentation, application submission, offer letters, visa guidance, and pre-departure formalities.
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and marketing events.
• Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
• Stay updated with changes in NMC guidelines, university policies, visa regulations, and international education trends.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in MBBS Abroad counselling.
• Excellent counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of MBBS admission processes across major study destinations.
• Knowledge of NMC guidelines, NEET eligibility, FMGE/NExT, and international medical education pathways.
• Ability to compare universities based on academics, clinical exposure, recognition, and student outcomes.
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Preferred Knowledge
• Experience counselling students for one or more of the following destinations:
