Job Summary

We're hiring a Senior Counsellor to lead complex student cases — particularly MBBS-abroad and competitive destination applications — and to mentor junior counsellors on our Bhopal team. You'll own relationships with our most involved student cases end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead counselling for high-complexity cases, including MBBS abroad and scholarship-dependent applications
• Mentor and review the work of junior counsellors and assistant counsellors
• Build and maintain relationships with partner universities and their regional representatives
• Oversee application quality across your caseload, including SOPs and supporting documentation
• Represent Unify Abroad at local education fairs and school outreach events

Required Skills

• Deep working knowledge of at least 3-4 major study destinations, including MBBS-abroad pathways
• Strong track record of successful visa outcomes and university placements
• Ability to explain complex financial and visa scenarios clearly to families
• Comfortable mentoring junior team members and giving constructive feedback

Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years in study-abroad counselling, admissions consulting, or a closely related education-industry role
• Proven experience managing a caseload independently, including escalations and difficult conversations
• Calm under pressure, especially around deadline-driven visa and application timelines
