Job Summary

We're looking for a Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students across Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh through university selection, applications and visa preparation. You'll be the first point of contact for many families, so clear communication and genuine care for the student's outcome matter more than a polished sales pitch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct free counselling sessions with prospective students and parents, in person and online
• Assess academic profile, budget and goals to recommend suitable countries and universities
• Guide students through application documentation, SOPs and university shortlisting
• Coordinate with the visa and education-loan teams to keep applications on track
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in our CRM

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Working knowledge of major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia or MBBS-abroad routes)
• Comfortable explaining visa, loan and application processes clearly to non-expert families
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a background in education, international relations or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in study-abroad counselling, admissions or education sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple student cases at once
